Digital Products
All products sold by Fabulous Ruthney™ are digital downloads. Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed or the files have been downloaded.
Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your files, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If any files are incomplete, corrupted, or damaged, we will provide replacement files at no additional cost.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us. Verified duplicate purchases may be eligible for a refund or store credit at our discretion.
